Added Twitter Card Support (#120)

* Feature Request : https://github.com/alshedivat/al-folio/issues/85

* Created sample blog post for tweet card examples.

* Added twitter plugin dependency : https://github.com/rob-murray/jekyll-twitter-plugin

* Added .tweet-cache/ to .gitignore.
